K25 Presents Ground Up Baseball

K25 is happy to collaborate with renown trainer and former professional baseball player Julius Gaines of Ground Up Baseball of Georgia.  In his high school years, coach Gaines High School career he was ranked #2 in the nation behind Francisco Lindor.  Coach Gaines was also named Under Armor Pre-Season All-American, Louisville Pre-Season High School All-American Honorable Mention, and Second Team Southeast All-Region Selection.   Coach Gaines went on to be drafted by the Boston Red Sox. Julius went on to  attend college at Florida International University. During his college baseball career, Julius was a four-year starter and two-time captain as he helped lead the FIU Panthers to their first Conference USA championship.  After college, coach Gaines went on to be drafted by the Seattle Mariners.

Group Sessions

Get a more attention from Coach Julius in the Small Group Sessions.  Sessions will be approximately 1hr. of instructions with a short Q&A.  Small Group Sessions will run Friday night-Sunday.  For group sessions the cost is $75.
