PAYMENT

Fees for programs must be paid in full at the time of registration. When registering for camps, training programs, clinics, or events online, payment is due at that time by credit card. To register for group programs or purchase a lesson package over the phone, a credit card must be provided and on file with K25 Baseball/Softball.

Private lessons can be purchased for one or multiple sessions. There are a variety of packages available and quantity discounts are available. Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase. There are no payment plans or further discounts on lesson packages as these are already discounted. Individual lessons and packages expire 1 year after the purchase date and can be used with any instructor within the same tier class and time value.

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as forms of payment for all programs, lessons, and rentals. There will be a 3% service fee attached to all credit card transactions.

K25 Baseball/Softball REFUND POLICY

We try our best to be fair and understand unplanned circumstances when cancelling a registration to a program. Please be mindful, though, that putting a program together requires months of planning by K25 Baseball/Softball to hire coaches and staff for the event. Last minute cancellation not only gets in the way of our planning but it also takes away the opportunity from another athlete.

 

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

Due to the high demand and limit availability; if you need to cancel or reschedule your private lessons, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Any cancellation or rescheduled lesson made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $50 which is equal to the fee for the private lessons. This policy includes any and all reasons for a cancellation or reschedule.

 

TRAINING PROGRAMS & Memberships REFUND POLICY:

  • Full refunds will be issued up until 48 hours before the program start date.

  • After the program begins, there will be no refunds issued.

  • We do not credit or refund any missed or unused sessions.

CAMP REFUND POLICY

  • 100% refund for camps can be issued up until 1 week before that particular camp begins

  • After camp begins, no refunds will be issued.

  • 50% refund can be issued for injuries that occur while at our camp in the first 2 days.  If injuries occur outside of camp, we will offer no refund.

TEAM REFUND POLICY

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • After final payments, no refunds are given

DELINQUENT PAYMENTS

Please note if there is a balance due at the end of the program your player is participating in and 14 days have passed with no communication from the card holder about resolving the balance your payment is considered delinquent and we will refer your account to a collection agency. All fees will be due to that agency from that point on and that family will no longer be able to participate in any K25 Baseball/Softball programs.
